Denis Rouvre began his career as a photo editor and press photographer in the French national press. Since then, his passion for photography grew and he turned to fashion photography. Mainly portraits are of great interest to the artist. For the past twenty years, his striking celebrity portraits have graced hundreds of international magazines. Besides this, Rouvre has put together photographic essays on such varies subjects as Senegalese wrestlers, addictions and wandering monks. His latest series, Ground Zero, consists of portraits of groups of people who are forced to live together in new circumstances, forming new tribes together.
